flexview specs?

does anyone remember about a year ago, someone tested and posted the specs of their flexview ips 15" lcd? brightness, contrast, viewing angle? i can't find thread anywhere, the search function here doesnt seem to work very well.
the reason i ask is, i'm considering an external LCD, "prosumer level", i.e. a compromise in price and how picky i need to be with quality, for photography work,
for one thing i can never tell if the LCDs i'm researching are ips panels or not, so i thought i'd compare viewing angle, and in the process compare the other specs.
