Gaming has been good on T60p

#1 Post by kelehman » Thu Nov 29, 2007 9:27 pm

Hey everyone

This is my first post but have stalked this forum for months. I was lucky enough to use my first thinkpad at work this past summer fell in love. I bought my first thinkpad (and notebook computer) this summer and am VERY happy with my decision.

Anyways, I have seen several threads about gaming on a t60(p) and would like to say that mine does very good. I can run HL2, Portal, CS, etc. at high-very high settings with a good framerate. I would recommend turning on "wait for vertical sync" for valve/source games, seems to smooth out picture a lot. I would also like to add that I run these at 1024x768 resolution. (1400x1050 is a workload)

Just wanted to share some good info! :-)

Thanks for your post, and Welcome to the Thinkpad Forums!
Apathy is on the rise, but nobody seems to care.
