Mouse/Keyboard freeze, T60, Advanced Mini-Dock

I have a problem with my new Thinkpad T60 when using a new Advanced Mini-Dock and an USB mouse and USB keyboard.

When I have the mouse plugged into one of the USB ports in the dock, the mouse freezes at random intervals. The time period where the mouse is frozen is just about half a second, and in the same period of time, the monitor freezes too. When the mouse un-freezes, it is moved to the location on the screen it would have been moved to had the freezing not occured.

However, if I plug in the mouse directly in the laptop instead of through the dock, this problem does not occur at all!

Furthermore, I can reproducere the same problem with a USB keyboard. When plugged into the dock, it freezes at random intervals (i can see that because the num lock light go out, and comes back again), however when plugged in directly to the laptop, it works like a charm! :-)

I can reproduce the problem at once by going into a website having a large front-page with a lot of data, and then beginning to scroll up and down fast a lot of times. Then "freezing" then occurs after like 5 seconds.

Any ideas on how to solve this or should I just call Lenovo and ask for a change of dock ?

Similar problems happen to me too, but only when I disable the internal laptop's display. If I use it in dual monitor mode (internal+DVI), the USB trouble do not occur.

I'm using Vista and it was purchased three weeks ago - I'm waiting on a replacement now, Lenovo's support was great. Now, I just hope it IS the dock, and not the laptop, that has a problem..
