I have a new T61. When I start ThinkVantage System Update. I get the following message : There was an error evaluating the auto configurtion script.

Is this a Lenovo website problem or problem in my PC?

I'd say on your laptop.

Go to the lenovo site and download the latest thinkvatage update manager and install it. That should take care of the problem.

Possible Solution.

Make sure you've Microsoft .NET installed beforehand.
