Presentation Director and rotating the display resolution

I have a T60 with the ATI Mobility GL2 card (v5200), and a 24" external display set vertically. I setup a profile in the ATI driver software to have the resolution rotated at 1200x1920.
The problem I'm facing is trying to get Presentation Director to recognize the rotated resolution for the external display. I have to manually reset the resolution with the ATI software everytime I undock and redock the computer.
Any help would be appreciated!
