where can I change memory cas latency?

can i change it in the bios, or do i need a tool for that?
right now its running on 5-5-5-15 and I would try if I can set it one (or maybe two) notch lower, see if it works.

The answer is no to adjusting RAM timing in BIOS. There may be an external utility out on the net, but it would have had to been written specifically for (or to support) the Intel 965 Mobile Express chipset. I can't imagine there's lots of folks who want to overclock with a mobile chipset ...

Maybe

I look at it this way ... the GPU on a T61/P is on a $500 systemboard that must be replaced if you fry the GPU while overclocking it.
