T61p speakers noise

Hey..Im a happy person who just brought a t61p..but i have a question..The sound makes a itchy noise on the left speaker..when i turn volume on max..when listening to music..

Is it normal, that t61p speakers cant play their own max vol ?

or is it my speakers there something wrong with...
