Wow. Look at the Lenovo.com site. No more high end T61p with the FX570m. 140 only with 128MB.

I would bet it is because of the graphics problems and motherboard replacements (see the long thread on the subject) for those who had freezing or crashes during intensive 3D gaming.

The Lenovo website in the UK indicates that T61p with FX570M 256 MB are still available and furthermore the site has recently being updated to show new T61p models with the T9500 Intel 2.6Ghz Core 2 Duo processor with 6Mb cache which come with the FX570M graphics card with 256Mb.
