how to turn off Access Connection Wireless window pop up

does anyone know how can i turn off that annoying thinkvantage Access Connection wireless window that keeps popping up everytime I get into my Windows XP desktop

When it pops up, it also shows you an option of not showing the window again.

If you don't use Access Connections, you can simply uninstall it.
