T61 with integraded graphics, GMA960 or GM965?

On ThinkPad T61 14 inch with integrated graphics' costomizing page of Lenovo website, Lenovo indicated the System graphics is Intel GMA X3100 GM965, does this mean the chipset of T61 is Mobile Intel® GM965 Express Chipset?

But on Lenovo Order Status, the parts list shows the chipsets is INT GMA 960 W/OWWAN,W/ AMT.

Is this INT GMA 960 W/OWWAN,W/ AMT equals Mobile Intel® GM965 Express Chipset?

or just a degraded version of Mobile Intel® GM965 Express Chipset, just like Mobile Intel® 940GML Express Chipset is a degraded version of Mobile Intel® 945GM Express Chipset?

Those are codes for techs assembling your machine, you don't need to worry about what it states on the order status page, you can complain to lenovo if you receive something different than Mobile Intel GM965 Express Chipset once you've your machine in your hands.
