In another thread I mentioned I want to switch away from the Intel mini PCI card that came with my T61P (long story).

I have been trying to find a Thinkpad Mini PCI ABGN card FRU part 41U4876. Neither Lenovo nor IBM seem to have it.

I tried GOOGLE - many references to the card but not where to buy it. None in eBay either.

Any idea where I can purchase a new one?

According to the T61 HMM the FRU's listed for the ThinkPad 11a/b/g/n are 42T0825 / 0827 / 0829 / 0831 & 0833 - (these FRU's are respectful to the T61 model that has been purchased..etc)

Where did you get the FRU part 41U4876 from?

FRU part number: 41U4876 (ThinkPad 11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi wireless LAN Mini-PCIe), you can order it from IBM parts or calling directly 1-866-96-THINK.

(I did try calling IBM and Lenovo parts)

Have a look at the T61 Hardware Maintenance Manual (14.1" or 15.4") on Lenovo's site for your particular model type, then check the FRU for the ThinkPad 11a/b/g/n card.

Hope you find one for ThinkPad soon
