Anyone notice with their battery on their T61 when that even when "locked"... you can still move it around and there's a bit of play in the way it's attached to the laptop?

How does your battery fit? Is there any play when you try to move it around?

i've had that in various machines. usually a piece of tape on the battery is what people use to fix it.

on my old t41p, the battery fit was snug, even with two different 9-cells. On my new T61p, the battery has a lot of play.

i stuck a thin piece of cardboard under it.
