Which TV tuner card for HD video output, or docking station?

Which TV Tuner card do you guys recommend I get for my T60p with the ATI FreGL card, to play DVD's, BluRay, and HD-DVD's with?
I only have an analog out port. Should I get a mini-dock or the full dock instead for any other benefits? I wouldn't mind at all, I would just like to know what they are. Thanks...
