If you download the ISO file of a bios upgrade from the lenovo support site, and burn the ISO to a CD, there is a binary copy of the bios on the CD. I don't know if it is in a form that your flash program can use.

On my motherboard I found 2 memory chips. I need 2 binary file. On this cd there are $01af000.fl1 and $01af000.fl2 file but this is not a whole memory. It is only a part of the bios which get update during upgrade process. Normaly there is some part of memory thet dosn't get update. I need whole memory. Maybe is here someone who work in thinkpad service and can give me images of whole bios memory.

thank you

it's hard for you to recovery your NB BIOS! it's said that you can use "bootblock" to recovery your bios, but it's not easy!
