T60p Config Question

Greets all.
New thinkpad user here. I must say I'm very impressed
with this line of machines. Great performer so far.
Have been exploring and I have a couple of questions I
was hoping someone might clear up:
(Note: Purchased in refurb condition from ThinkPadWorld)
1. I've a T60p-8744C9U. All the specs state that the GPU
in here is an ATI 5250 with 256meg of vram... my 'properties'
tab, however, shows 512meg. I haven't found a -C9U with
512meg ram anywhere on line. Is this usual, or did I get a
better deal? Also, does this imply that my GPU is not integrated?
2. ThinkVantage Help Center reports the following regarding
my RAM (CPU, not GPU) as:
Memory module information
Current Memory Type: SDRAM ERROR
Installed Size: Invalid Size Error
Enabled Size Errors: Invalid Size
Now, I do have 2 2Gb modules installed (Yes, Windows only
reports 3Gb, but I have 4 in there physically) -- could this be
the root of this error report?
Bought the memory from Crucial.com and used their
scan tool.. so I'm pretty sure its the correct type.
Everything works fine. This is more of a curiosity.
Thanks,
-Tony
