Hi
I have a user who wants to basically connect to monitors to his T61 and share his Desktop workspace between the 2 monitors.
i know it possible to share / extend your laptops desktop to one monitor quite easily. but is it possible to do this to 2 monitors??
ive seen it done on desktops with a dedicate graphics card, but is there an easy way to do this on a t61?
Thanks
Damien

RE:multiple monitors
It can be done, as I've done it with my t30. You may be able to hook up a monitor to the regular port, and an extra to a DVI port. This might require an external card though, available through the advanced dock, depending on how bad the person wants it. To enable the extra monitors you will probably need to go through the windows display settings, rather than the thinkpad utils.

Do you know what hardware and software are required to drive display to two 1600x1200 external LCD monitors along with a T42 having ATI 7500 display adaptor? will the desktop display across all three displays (T42 LCD and two 1600x1200 external monitors)?
