Strange problem with the video in T61

Hello all!
I think some of you may remember my recent problem with a "succesful" BIOS flash and... bricked T61.
Well, a great somebody from these forums helped me and got me a new motherboard for T61. For which I'm in debted for life. But there have been some complications.
I fully disassembled and then assembled the ThinkPad using the new system board replacement, to a moment where I can boot successfuly (without the hard disk, wifi, modem, etc.) just to check if it's working. Well, it is working, booting okay, but... the video signal is scrambled. On the internal display I can see only colorful, vertical and horizontal lines, so I thought it's a problem between the display and the board. But I got an idea - I hooked up my 24" display to the VGA port to see the results. I acctually came all the way to the BIOS and could interact with it - but the video was in a pretty ruff shape (I took a picture, below a link). I took a quick look at the NVIDIA chipset's core, to see if it is intact, and it is. Does anybody have any idea what might be the problem and how can I resolve it?

Here are the pictures:
The new System Board
The old Sytem Board
BIOS, using the new System Board on an external display
New board inside the Structure Frame
This is what happends after POST. Yeah
This is how it looks using the internal screen

Thanks in advance!
