I did a cursory search and didn't find a post directly concerning this topic.

I'm wondering if it is possible to take a 15.4" WUXGA 1920x1280 T61p LCD and put it in my T60p.

I currently have a 15.4" 1680x1050 LCD in there, but would love the increase in resolution.

yes, it's possible. compare each model's respective hardware maintenance manual to see what, if anything, is different and go from there.
