PCI-bus error resulted in blue screen

Reason for posting this thread is to figure out if this is hardware or software error to get suggestion on what to do; ie call Lenovo to replace the wifi card, or what?

After working with the T60 for an hour this morning I got a blue screen with the only message say something like "PCI-bus error" in the left down corner. After a second or two it re-booted.

What I then noticed was that the wifi card didn't show up at all and was missing in the hardware device list.

Next what I did was to shut down the system and pull the power and battery and after a while I started up the system again. This time the wifi cards works again and is available as it should.

Question is if this was just a system hick-up or if the wifi card should be replaced or worse - the system board?

What did the PC-Doctor's diagnostic tests say?

PC-Doctor test didn't come up with anything at all; so the best guess might be that this was a hick-up generated by the Intel drivers.
