Access Connections and Xbox

I'd like to switch easily between to configurations and was wondering if it could be done easily with Access Connections

normally, I work either on my wired network or on the wireless (when I'm away from my desk). But when I want to play xbox, I have to bring my laptop downstairs and connect it to my laptop and share my wireless connection. I can do this by using windows's "Set up a home or small office network" in ncpa.cpl but how can I switch quickly between that and my normal way?

I.e. what kind of profile do I need to add to my wired and wireless ones?
