Intel GM45 Chipset Availability

Do we know anything about when Lenovo will make a T-series ThinkPad with the GM45 chipset? It's supposed to come out in May and I'm wondering what the turnover period to vendors is.
Model: Lenovo ThinkPad T400
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 (2.26 GHz, 1067 MHz FSB, 3 MB L2 Cache)
RAM: 4 GB PC-8500 (1067 MHz, Dual-channel)
HDD: 500 GB, 54000 RPM
Audio: Conexant CX20561 (192 kHz, 24-bit)
Video: Intel GMA 4500MHD
Wireless: Intel 5300

Okay, Lenovo just announced a bunch of new ThinkPad models. Namely, the T400 and T500. Can anyone confirm from the given specs that these machines will use the GM45 chipset?

Also, is it wise to buy one of these when they first come out (June 3rd), or should I hold off and wait several months?
