compatible parts on t42 with the T61?

I have a T42 I'm looking to upgrade, and was wondering if the 9cell battery and AC adapter are compatible with the T61? I thought I read somewhere that at least the AC adapter is not?

The battery isn't compatible.

Nor is the AC adaptor since they switched from 16v to 20v with the T6x line.

Ultrabay devices should be compatible.

And trackpoint caps.

Only the ultrabay would work, but would not be flush to the body. Pretty much everything else has been redesigned in the T6x
