T6x upgrade?

Hello everyone!

I'm in need of a new laptop and since the only laptops I consider worthy of spending money on are Thinkpads and Macs, I am considering these two options.
What I would like to know is whether there is any scheduled or rumored update to the T line by Lenovo. I know that in June the new Intel platform will debut, and usually the thinkpads are updated fast (like with Santa Rosa).
Also, is there any chance of seeing a LED screen on a T? One of the most important factors for me is the screen, since I spend many hours reading and processing images. (one of the reasons I'm considering a Mac too...)
And last but not least:
I'm using linux in both work and play . I was wondering, is Lenovo ever going to give the option for linux to consumers here in Europe too?

I would suggest you to stick around forum.thinkpads.com, if there is any news for upcoming thinkpads you'll see it posted here, somewhere.

I will do that. I was set on making a buy this month, but seeing the new X300 I'm very curious about future T models, and what Lenovo will introduce to that high-end line. So I'll just wait a few more months...
