New faster CPU, need new heatsink?

Currently my T60 has a 1.66 Core2 Duo. Just got lucky and came across a T7600 CPU. Is there a difference in the heatsink from what comes with a low end CPU to a higher end on the T60 or am I good to go with what I have?
Also upgrading to 200GB HD and 4GB of RAM

Yes, very possible there would be regardless of GPU (Integrated or Discrete):
Thermal device and fan.
I also remember the fan was revised at least once for thinkpad T60/p.

Thanks. I took the plunge and was hoping that my heatsink setup would work and it has so far. Temps are normal for the CPU under heavy stress so I guess it will be ok.
Nice speed increase

Both the "Rev A" and "Rev B" fans on the T60/p can handle a T7600, but the bottom of the casing will get hot if you run it at load. There is no way around that.
The only significant difference b/w the two revisions of the fan is that the B version was re-designed to get rid of the noise that a SMALL fraction of Rev A fans exhibited. I've personally never noticed a difference in sound, and they do not cool any differently from my personal experience.

CPU's really aren't as heat producing as they once were though. It's the GPU that is brutal nowadays.

The T7600 puts out a LOT of heat. It pushes the limit of what the HSF can handle in the T60/p.
