Thinkpad T60 Turn ON alone (no turn Off)

I am Brazilian and am using a translation software.
My Thinkpad T60 is not turn off. He turn on alone automatically after approximately 2 seconds, after being turn off.

Whenever I shutdown, he turn on.

I am using:
Thinkpad T60 – 1951-BW5
Windows XP Prefessional

I have seen that with IBM Desktops, but not ThinkPads. Please look in the BIOS and make sure Wake on Lan or something like that is not set. Check all the BIOS startup settings. ... JDH
