T61 and MS WDS + Sysprep

I have a problem with sysprep on a T61P model 6457-8lg. I installed XP Pro on same said model from product recovery CD's shipped from Lenovo. I syspreped the same model and copied the image via WDS up to my WDS server. With the same model of machine when I download the image I get an error message saying the hal.dll is missing or corrupt from c:\windows\system32.


Any help appreciated.
