T60p speakers less amplification than T21

I noticed that my T60p has less omph / amplification to its speakers than my T21 (yes it is still running!).
With all the volume controls turned up max on both, the same YouTube video is significantly softer on the T60p than the T21. What I can watch comfortably on the T21 I cannot on the T60 cos it's too quite.
Any thoughts? Are the speakers in the T60p smaller?
