Hardware password

Can someone tell me how I disable this. Than you. It's on an R60, but I suppose that makes no difference.

One question first:

Which type of password is it? Supervisor, power-on or hard drive?

Good question. I'm not sure although it said it was a hardwear password. I'll get the machine off my Son and see.
