Problem with Logitech V470 Bluetooth mouse on my T60

#1 Post by wigner » Tue Mar 18, 2008 9:59 pm

Just received a Logitech BT V470 this afternoon and tried a long time to set it up. Every time my laptop can see it but connection always failed. The blue LED keeps blinking no matter how many times I power cycle this thing.
I've tried both SetPoint Bluetooth Connection Assistant and Windows BT management, no luck whatsoever.
Before I'm returning this thing back to buy.com, I'd appreciate suggestions from folks.
Thanks!

If this is on XP, you might need to remove the standard Windows bluetooth drivers and install the Widcomm drivers and stack.

There is lots on good advice on how to do this on this forum but start here.

Thanks. I spent a couple hours with no success last night. This afternoon my Thinkvantage updated itself with a BT package and BIOS, this [censored] thing started working now. :)
