Do any T6x come with integrated webcam?

The IBM/Lenovo site gives me hope, but I can't find one...

I'm after

- Integrated webcam
- 14 inch square screen (low resolution)
- Fingerprint reader
- wireless
- bluetooth
- warranty

So nothing outrageous, I'd just like to not have to carry a seperate piece of equipment (webcam) with me.

Yes, 14'' thinkpad T61 in WXGA and WXGA+ screen configuration comes with integrated camera.

In the end I decided to buy a R61i 14" for this person as this Thinkpad will rarely if ever leave the house.
