I purchased Microsoft Office with my laptop. After doing a full restore where do I get Microsoft Office from?

you'll probably have to call lenovo to get recovery media for office.

Search the box that came with your thinkpad for a media disk, when you buy Microsoft products with thinkpads only trial versions are loaded on your preloaded i.e. they aren’t activated and disks are provided separately in the box to you to activate them when you feel like doing so.
