T61 Network Controller failure

Hi folks,
After reinstalling my T61, using the ThinkVantage blue button, and selecting "Restore to factory settings", he fails to recognize the "Network Controller" device. I tried all existing drivers, but without success..
In the Network adapters I have now:
1) 1394 Net Adapter
2) Intel (R) 82566MM Gigabit Network Connection
I guess that the "Network Controller" is actually the Wireless Adapter, cause when I trying to install it via System Update, it installing, restarting and then still it's in the unrecognized devices...(and also once again in the System Update Recommended updates's list).. also, tried to install it manually using ABGN Wireless adapter (that mentioned in http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=45078).. same result..
Can you advice me on it?
