T61 Ram timings..

Hey can someone check for me quick what their T61 ram timings are? Mine had Samsung DDR2 PC-5300, and all I remember was the CL being 5..

I guess use http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php or whatever program you have. I swaped out memory for crucial pc5400 and I forgot to check what the old timings were.. I think 5-5-5-15 but I am not sure.. The samsungs I pulled were

1GB 2Rx16 PC2-5300-555-12-A3 ...

HMM i just realized, is that the timings there? 555-12? haha

most DDR2-667 SODIMMs are timed 5-5-5-15 including OEM lenovo modules (which are samsung, micron, hynix, and infineon).   g.skill makes some rated 4-4-4-12 but i believe they are the only ones.

considering the delta is only 3 ns per instruction, i doubt you'd ever notice a difference between them.
