"detectwan.exe Error" What is this?

Can anyone let me know what this is?

dectectwan.exe application error
instruction at "0x006bd9616" referenced memory at "0x009f20e8"
memory can not be read..

I been getting this a few times after windows open (XP) and the keyboard would not work..after I reboot it again the problem goes away.
if anybody knows and fix
greatly appreciated.
