Help identify part - Exterior LED cover for T60

I know the part 42W2607 - clear plate kit but it's for inside LED status indicator. The part I want to get is the exterior LED cover on top of the lid. See attahced picture:

Somehow this LED cover is missing after warranty repair. I need the part# to ask for replacement.

i think they just come as a full kit. The kit being 2 parts. Sorta like the screw kit for a certain Thinkpad with different sized is still one FRU. You can just tell them that FRU and they should send both and you can replace them both or just the external and keep the new internal as backup.

Yes, at first, they send me "LCD Cove Kit" - 42W2605 but that just the rubber/lid without that LED cover/sticker. So do you know exact part# based on this diagram:

That's exactly I want except mine is for T60, is that number 10 - clear plate kit including both sides of that LED status cover/sticker, i.e., inside and outside of the lcd lid? In my case, I only need outside(when closing lid, you only see that LED status) - smaller LED cover/sticker.
