Does the 'ThinkPad Serial ATA Hard Drive Bay Adapter (p/n 40Y8725)' not work with SATA 3.0?
I just received the adapter today and noticed that it has a sticker on it saying 'SATA 1.5, use thinkpad serial hard drive option only for this adapter', which was not visible on the pic on the website where I bought it.
Does this mean that SATA 3.0 hard drives will not work with the adapter, or that they will automatically match to SATA 1.5.
There was nothing about it on the website or in the manual included.
Anybody out there using the Hard Drive Bay Adapter know about this?

SATA 2 (3.0) Drives are backwards compatible with SATA 1 so it'll work just fine. You wont be loosing any speeds since HDDs still can't fill SATA 1 bus speeds of 1.5Gbps so 3.0 wouldn't be faster :)
