Software to force fan on max?

I have a T60 that has had the mobo swapped out for a T60p to get the v5200. This has greatly improved gaming performance; however, I get lock ups with FarCry. The way the lockups behave, I think if I could force the fan on to the highest speed, they wouldn't happen. Is there any such software (running 32 bit Vista business if it matters)?
T60 2007-7JU (15" Flexview, has a T60p mobo for the v5200, 4gb ram, changed HDD w/7200rpm 100gb, T7400 2.16ghz Core 2 Duo)

There is a program called TP fan control. It's around the forums somewhere.
Past: T60 , XPS M1330, Inspiron 1420 & 1520, Presario V2010US
Present: T61 , Acer D150, T61 7663 (Parents)
Screen swapped between the 7661 and 7663
