T60p System Info In Thinkvantage Productivity Help Center

When I go to the "learn about my computer section and click on help center, system information, Warranty & Parts I receive the following error; Access to \service-info.html denied. I wanted to check my FRU parts list. I understand I can get fairly accurate info on web, however I don't understand this error, or the best way to correct it. I tried un-installing/re-installing productivity center and help center, same error...........Anyone ever experianced this one?

You usually have the right answers, or possible suggestions on these marvelous machines. Can you come up with anything that might help me get my system info/warranty & parts page back?
