Just ordered my T61p from Lenovo Direct on 4/17 (exp ship date 5/13 - hopefully sooner). I was going to order with more than the 1GB, but saw that Buy.com has 2GB Crucial memory modules for $36.99 each and free shipping, after a mail-in rebate. Check it out:

Browsing deals at various sites yields good deals on RAM as well. LogicBuy, which used have a banner ad here, currently lists this deal:

I have the OCZ RAM running in an X61s, a T61, and a Dell E1405 - works great in all of the above!

Sadly, 4GB costs $80 in Canada...
