_SMA folder on T61

I'm doing some cleanup of a Thinkpad T61 before I image it and roll it out to about 30 laptops. There's a folder called _SMA in the root of C that I'm curious if I can delete. I'm guessing it's for the System Migration Assistant which I've already removed. Any one know for sure if that's what that is and if it's save to delete it? Thanks,
