RnR 4.00 for T61

I remember reading in one of the forums (Nov 07) that----- RnR 4.00 for T61, XP-PRO has a bug and the recovery media created with this version will not restore the system unless you get some missing file and load it through a floppy(?)

Can anyone confirm and explain the solution or tell me there is no issues with RnR4.00? I would like to be prepared before I start the process
