Vista 64 won't install on my T60P!

I'm trying to install Vista 64 on my T60P, but I get a message saying "Not a 64-Bit Processor" during the pre-install. I thought my T60P has a 64-bit processor??

My CPU = T2700
2.33GHZ

The Core 2 Duo (Merom) has EM64T extensions while the Core Duo (Yonah) does not and thus is 32-Bit only. Your CPU is a Yonah ...
