Bluetooth Device Not Found!

I reinstalled XP and I feel like I've done everything to get blutooth working now..
It is enabled in BIOS, I installed Access Connections, and turned it on. I've downloaded and installed the drivers from lenovos website, (all 3 bluetooth for T60)

I've installed the bluetooth driver from device manager by mapping to the .ini file from MSBtooth from lenovos site - This also dosen't work.
It still sais Bluetooth device not found" And it is driving me crazy..

What can I do more? What am I missing, and have I done something wrong?

You mentioned a few things. One thing I have seen a problem with is that the switch in the front is in the wrong position.

Since you didn't mention that I thought I would.

What is listed in device manager for anything Bluetooth?

I have a section called Bluetooth devices. Under that I have Bluetooth Bus Enumerator which lists the manufacturer as Widcomm.

Under driver file details I have the following:

Driver files
C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\btkml.sys

Provider Broadcom Corporation
File version 4.0.1.3000

Whats by you?

Buetooth device is visible in device manager and it sais:
Thinkpad bluetooth with enhanced data rate

And about the driver files and version I don't where you are going with that... I've installed all the right things.. the correct drivers from lenovos site and XP still can't find it.. Even tho it is listed as installed in device manger.. wich is weird..

And meekus.. all I can say is just.......... dude... come on...

FWIW not all ThinkPads have the Bluetooth module factory installed.

Moreover, in the past peeps on the various ThinkPad forums have asked why they are trying in vain to enable Bluetooth only to find out their ThinkPad doesn't actually have the Bluetooth module at all.

So I just don't want to discount the obvious.

I understand that 8)

But there is a reason that I put this into my sig:
"T60 14.1", 1.83 Ghz T5600, 3Gb RAM, ATI x1400,
100gb 7K2 rpm, 2007-FUG"

Especially: 2007-FUG

This is so I don't HAVE to answer questions like that

Anyone else have some ideas? Or maybe a bluetooth driver for T60 wich isn't available on lenovos site?

Ok, a lot of things you did are just wrong... Let's start. The drivers available on the Lennovo site are:
1. ThinkPad drivers for ThinkPad Bluetooth,
2. Microsoft drivers,
3. Firmware update software.
You should install only no. 1 (and no. 3 if you never had firmware update before). You should NOT install no. 2, under any circumstances! If you do, you must search the web in order to find something like this:

http://forum.skype.com/index.php?showtopic=10822

And then you spend hours and hours trying to set up the bluetooth. The same goes for Windows Update - you must never update your Bluetooth drivers with WU, because it installs Microsoft drivers. Why is this bad - the upper link will help you a lot...
Of course, you could try to uninstall/reinstall Bluetooth drivers and AC, but I've had this problem earlier, and it doesn't help much. Once MS driver is installed - you can't really uninstall it and this makes a lot of problems with AC.
Just to be clear - I had the exact same problem on my ex T41...
