T61 Battery Charging Question

I recently uninstalled the Lenovo Power Manager software since it was constantly asking me if I wanted to use battery stretch. I tried for weeks to disable this popup to no avail.

Subsequent to the uninstall I have notice that the Windows software only charges the battery to 93%.

Does anyone know why this would be happening?

If so, what would I do to rectify the problem?

Well, in the power management software there are options both to remind you to use stretch and to set charging thresholds...so it sounds like you need to reinstall it and select the correct configuration options.
