For a thinkpad 8992 02U

Are any of the following parts under the Warranty that a T61 8992 02U typically has - Especially when they are scratched or look used / not brand new when BOUGHT NEW from a Thinkpad Dealer?

Brand new 9 Cell battery (from IBM / Lenovo)
- Factory Price?
- Authorized Dealer Price?
- Market best price?

The Bezel just above the keyboard & below the HDD, Power etc lights etc. Shaped like.. a reverse U
- Factory Price?
- Authorized Dealer Price?
- Market best price?

The Keyboard: Is a RAISED SPACE key normal? - Raised a little prominently above all other keys
- Factory Price?
- Authorized Dealer Price?
- Market best price?

The thinkpad switch to open the lid makes a weird extra clicking sound when opening.
- Factory Price?

Thanks.

Take a look at the hardware maintenance manuel to pick up the FRU you need. Here, in Europe (France and Belgium at least), it's possible to order directly from IBM and now from Lenovo any FRU or CRU. There is an *hard to find page* where any one could place order. You paid by banck transfert or visa and you got your FRU within 72 hours by UPS or DHL.

The U bezel cost about 20 € including VAT and shipping for a T60p. It's all about the same price for other ones I already order.

Try to find this page for your laptop :

Service part shopping (for Belgium, the same should exist in US) :

I don't think the scratched bezel or battery would be covered by the Lenovo warranty and you battery was first used in May 08, if I recall your previous posts on this, so it's not likely failed yet. You might be able to convince them to replace the keyboard but it sounds like it may not be installed quite properly - you might want to check that first. If you want them to cover the clicking of the LCD switch, they would definitely want you to return the computer to Solectron for service.... and you might be better off not doing that for anything other than a catastrophic failure!!!
