Really bad experience with my new order T61p

I got my second T61p yesterday. I ordered it from Lenovo Canada directly.
Unfortunately, it's a defective one, the machine can't even start. Since I have a working T61p, I swapped pretty much everything except motherboard, then the machine started but reboot itself every 25 secs. I called tech support, they said I have to send it back to their depot and get the motherboard replaced. It's BRAND NEW!!
Finally, I called sales, they said I can return it back, then re-order one. OK! Another 3 weeks waiting!!!!
