sd bluetooth for t61 ( SDIO) will it works?

hi,
Is it possible to use bluetooth module in sd card - SDIO ?
Is SD card reader is SDIO compatible, or I can use it only as card reader?
I want to buy in good money t61, but it is without bt....
I don't want to bt on usb - too big:)
