System Update3

"System Update could not start properly" Every time I tried to update my system. This issue start since I install the latest (system update 3)updated, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the old version but no joy. Any body got similar issue and got fix?

Ever since about the time I downloaded and installed the latest update to the updater... or maybe it was the update to the security chip that came from the updater, I can no longer get the system to use the Welcome Windows login type of logon or Fast User Switching, which the system informs me is caused by vrlogon.dll, which change was made by a "recently installed program" and which disabled Fast User Switching and anything but the Classic Windows Logon.
