how to change AMT password?

hello,
After a lot of stress ( second hand laptop), when I couldnt use my passoword after press CTR +F , i found that dft password is admin:) next step is to change it, but I always have an error, somebody knows why?

Are you doing the following for a new password? :

Hmm:) I didn't know this, but my personal password is 9 char. with two numbers and one special sign:) i will try one more time, thank you,
