How to remove Hotkey

I'm getting an error with Hotkey. I'd like to remove it and re-install the latest version. I don't see anything in Add/remove programs in XP Pro to remove it.

Remove it through Software Installer then:

Another way is to go to Control panel > Add Remove Programs > Show Updates.
